Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
  • Manage reservations, seating, and table assignments with ease and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, wine lists, and other restaurant information to provide informed recommendations
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a lead host/hostess role or as a Maître d'
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and comprehension
  • Experience with reservation systems, such as OpenTable and/or Resy, is a plus
