The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in property management, staff support, and operational tasks, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and contribute to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily operations of multiple properties by ensuring proper maintenance and adherence to management requirements. Track repairs, inspections, and address tenant issues in a timely manner.
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Monitor development contracts and vendor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Aid in supervising and training property management and operations staff. Assist with scheduling and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
  • Support various operational tasks and assist with tenant improvements and construction projects. Help implement procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Assist in developing and managing schedules for staff, vendors, and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all property management and operational tasks.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in real estate property management and operations.
  • Skills: Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; familiar with purchasing, bidding, and contract management.
  • Vendor Management: Experience with vendor relationships and cost-effective contracts.
  • Abilities: Strong organizational skills, multitasking, attention to detail, and communication.
  • Work Style: Independent and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
  • License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
