Clinical Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nursing Assistant to join our team at MaineHealth. As a Clinical Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with basic hygiene and activities of daily living
- Take vital signs and perform other technical tasks as needed
- Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and follow defined policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant by the State of Maine and registration on the State of Maine Registry
- 0-6 months of CNA experience (on-the-job training provided)
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic calculations and read, write, and speak English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a courteous relationship with patients, families, and staff
