Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at our 188-unit apartment community in Hayward. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, including benefits, and a competitive salary of $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Property Manager to manage staff, vendors, and projects, as well as lease apartments to future residents and provide exceptional customer service to current residents.

Requirements:
  • One year of proven property management experience
  • Proven marketing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Dependability and reliability
  • A college degree is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of RealPage
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
