Vacasa Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing general maintenance tasks and projects across multiple work sites daily
• Ensuring high-quality standards are met through regular inspections and preventative maintenance
• Responding to guest maintenance issues, including appliance troubleshooting, cable/wifi assistance, basic HVAC repair, and light plumbing
• Maintaining open relationships with team members and management through regular communication
• Providing cross-coverage to address urgent issues and ensure seamless service

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation
• A smartphone and personal email address
• The ability to regularly lift over 20 lbs
• Self-motivation and customer service orientation
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
