As a Maintenance Runner, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance upkeep and fixes, including driving supplies and team members across our portfolio of homes.

This is a seasonal position, beginning as soon as possible and working through the end of the season. The exact schedule and hours may fluctuate based on the needs of the business. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $22, with actual pay varying based on skill, experience, education, and location. Additionally, eligible employees may receive up to $100 per month car allowance.

The skills required for this role include:

  • Communication: Proactively communicate with guests, owners, housekeeping team, maintenance team, and local/central teams via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and address problems as they arise, working collaboratively with teams to turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances, balancing competing priorities on a day-to-day basis.
  • Organization: Use your organizational skills to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and effectively utilize tools provided.

Beyond these core competencies, the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and have a reasonable comfort level with computers and smart devices are also necessary.
