Job Title: Home Health Aide - HH Days

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide personal care services to our patients in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will work closely with our patients to assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and undressing, as well as toileting activities and feeding.
  • Take and record oral, rectal, and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered.
  • Use safe transfer and ambulation techniques to ensure patient safety.
  • Perform range of motion and other simple procedures as an extensional therapy service as ordered.
  • Meet safety needs of patients and use equipment safely and properly.
  • Observe and teach home safety practices.
  • Recognize emergency situations and know emergency management procedures.
Requirements:
  • Meet all training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws.
  • Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care given.
  • Possess and maintain current CPR certification.
  • PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
  • Successful completion of Maxim screening examinations.
  • Participation and completion of Maxim's competency program.
