Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated End-of-Life Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide emotional and physical support to patients, helping them maintain dignity and comfort during their final stages of life.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, promoting a safe and healthy environment
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Provide basic medical care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs
  • Document patient progress, maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, or geriatric settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
