Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Driver Development and Recruiting Specialist to join our team at Paper Transport LLC. This role is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual to develop their skills in transportation and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our recruiting tools to enhance efficiency for our lead specialists and recruiters, as well as assisting our driver development team with scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure applicants in tenstreet are within our hiring area by reviewing and verifying location information.
  • Monitor our Recruiting Inbox for JBS scores and respond promptly to any queries or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications with drivers via Meltwater and respond to messages in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls from drivers and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Run regular Duplicate reports to identify and resolve any duplicate applications.
  • Assist with travel coverage support as needed, ensuring seamless operations during absences.

  • Computer Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
