Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker at Craft Bakers Association, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of artisanal breads and pastries using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

• Mill and mix ingredients to create dough for bread and pastry production
• Proof and bake bread and pastries to a high standard
• Develop and maintain recipes to ensure consistency and quality
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production targets
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of traditional baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
