Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Clinician to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team at Olmsted Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide preventive, acute, and chronic healthcare services to patients across the continuum of age and in various healthcare settings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring comprehensive and culturally sensitive care.
  • Diagnose and manage health conditions, prescribe medications, and order laboratory and diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in health policy activities, committee work, and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in healthcare.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited school of nursing or physician assistant program.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse and advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) or physician assistant (PA) in the state of Minnesota.
  • Certification by a national credentialing board and specialty certification.
  • Basic Life Support (Advanced Life Support as required) and DEA registration.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
