Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Alice Peck Day Health Systems. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical condition and cognitive/emotional status
  • Provide and/or assist with personal laundry as needed
  • Participate in recreation activities and assist with resident engagement
  • Respond to and act appropriately in emergency or disaster situations
  • Work collaboratively with peers and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Valid NH Licensed Nursing Assistant License
  • Current BCLS certification within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 pounds
