Main Responsibilities

As a Retail Product Specialist at Skechers U.S.A., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by engaging and interacting with all customers, elevating their experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business.

  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Act as a product expert and serve as a brand ambassador for Skechers, guiding customers to the right product selection.
  • Ensure floor inventory is well maintained, merchandised, stocked, and cleaned to create a premier shopping experience for customers.
  • Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, and returns, while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Skechers' product knowledge and trends.

  • Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
