Job Title: Land Development Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Project Manager to join our team at Horrocks. As a key member of our surveying and engineering group, you will be responsible for managing land development projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
* Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in land development project management.
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and zoning regulations.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
$95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
