Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to join our team at Claycomb Associates, Architects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of architectural projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure high-quality construction documents and timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop effective project plans.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed Architect with a Master's or Bachelor of Architecture degree.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in architectural project management, with a focus on educational design.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using Revit and other architectural software.
