Nurse Manager

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead the clinical team at our Vancouver - Salmon Creek Medical Clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, implementing nursing policies and procedures, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and evaluate a team of Medical Assistants, including MA supervisors.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in collaboration with the Medical Director and Health Center Administrator.
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Focus on quality measures, HEDIS, and Meaningful Use standards.
- Provide training and development opportunities for Medical Assistants.
- Lead hiring efforts for Medical Assistants and other support staff.
Requirements:
- Active RN or BSN license in the state of Washington.
- LPNs with equivalent experience may be considered.
- Must complete state-mandated HIV education.
- Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date.
- Excellent communication, listening, and team building abilities.
