Career Development Specialist

Viability, Inc is seeking a skilled Career Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in developing and servicing employment relationships between clients and community employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employment plans to support clients in achieving their career goals.
- Provide vocational guidance and job development services to clients.
- Collaborate with employers to identify job opportunities and provide job placement support.
- Conduct job coaching and customer relations to ensure successful employment outcomes.
Requirements:
- High School/GED and 1 year of experience required, or an Associate's degree with 1 year of experience preferred.
- Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential.
- Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screening, physical, and have an acceptable driving record.
