Job Title: Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic team at InstaPloy. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and ensuring the efficient progression of cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
  • Draft legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Compose and send formal letters to opposing counsel to facilitate case proceedings and negotiations.
  • Maintain a general understanding of the California labor code (training provided).
  • Organize case files, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and timely.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years working at a law firm (employment law experience preferred).
  • Proven experience in drafting legal documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Excellent writing and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle overtime as needed.
  • Full-time availability is required.
