Job Summary

Bridgewell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional 3 to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live safe, self-directed, and productive lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skills training and support in activities of daily living, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to enhance the skills and abilities of individuals, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support, adhering to regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
  • Transport and accompany individuals to medical, recreational, and other activities, promoting socialization and community integration.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Bridgewell procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or DSP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and minimum 1 year of driving experience.
