Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with vehicle selection and closing, building rapport with customers to establish a base of referrals, performing test drives, and presenting vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives. You will also be responsible for completing all paperwork, delivering vehicles to customers, utilizing dealership control and follow-up system and procedures, and following up with customers.
Qualifications
To be successful as a Sales Consultant, you should have some sales experience, great customer service skills, be able to create and maintain customer relationships, and have strong computer and phone skills. You should also be a self-starter and a great team player. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and you must have a valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
