Job Title: 1st Shift Stand Up Forklift Operator

Carl Buddig & Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join our team. As a key member of our shipping and receiving department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of products throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pick orders from a pick sheet, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stage outbound shipments, ensuring they are accurate and free from damage.
  • Load trailers to maximize capacity and ensure safe transportation.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all forklift operations standards and procedures.
  • Participate in monthly inventory processes and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in temperatures of 40 degrees or less and lift up to 35 pounds for 30 minutes at a time.
  • Flexibility to work as needed, including weekends and overtime.
  • Ability to work in a high-speed environment with good hand/eye coordination.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and squat as needed for housekeeping responsibilities.
  • Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
