Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily inspections of the premises to identify potential issues and report them to management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities and equipment maintenance, repair, and defect work.
- Perform a variety of tasks involving multiple maintenance craft occupations to maintain building structures.
- Respond to maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs, including fixing drywall, painting, and plaster.
- Read technical data and manufacturer specifications to perform repairs and installations.
- Assist coworkers as needed and perform tasks as required by work orders or scope of work.
- Procure and deliver materials for jobs and maintain high-level safety on worksites.
- Communicate field observations and job statuses to management and attend training and meetings as directed.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following trades: Steel Framing, Concrete, Electrical (lighting), Plumbing, Mechanical, Painting, Welding, Drywall, and Stucco.
- Certifications in Trade, OSHA, and Equipment are a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with no restrictions or DUI/DWI incidents in the past 5 years.
- Proficient in using various construction, power, and hand tools.
- Strong knowledge of mid-rise and high-rise construction materials, applications, and tools.
- Effective communication and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and handle extreme weather conditions.
- Competitive pay scale ranging from $24 to $30 per hour based on experience and expertise.
- Monday-Friday schedule with 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM hours.
