Key Responsibilities:
- Assess mental health conditions, develop and execute treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation, including ongoing assessments and treatment reviews, in line with company standards.
- Deliver exceptional mental health support to clients while collaborating with a vibrant team to fulfill our mission.
- Employ innovative and creative techniques in therapeutic interventions to assist clients in reaching and surpassing their objectives.
- Manage a caseload of 25-27 client sessions weekly.
- Coordinate care with case managers, families, workplace personnel, medical staff, and other Ellie Mental Health team members as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related discipline from an accredited institution, with progress towards licensure in your field.
- Current clinical licensure in Maryland (LCPC, LCSW-C) is mandatory.
- Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation is essential.
- Proficiency in timely submission of service documentation and related paperwork.
