Role Summary:

As a Mobile Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks directly at client locations. You will represent our dealership in the field, delivering expert service with an emphasis on efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various truck models.
  • Provide emergency roadside assistance as required.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and software to quickly and accurately identify issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair and maintenance processes.
  • Maintain a well-organized service vehicle equipped with necessary tools and parts.
  • Document all work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client needs are met with professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a truck technician, preferably in a mobile service capacity.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Capability to lift heavy parts and equipment as necessary.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
