We are seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Engineer to join our team at A3 Staffing Solutions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco Switches and a strong background in network support and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities will include preparing and installing Cisco Switches for replacement or expansion projects, troubleshooting IP connectivity and network performance issues, and working with large teams to provide high-level network operational support.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for upgrading code and configuration on production network devices, inventorying hardware, and creating network diagrams.
Additionally, the Network Systems Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and managing network devices, pinpointing routing faults, and identifying missing voice VLANs on switches.
Other responsibilities will include providing desktop support to internal users, adding computers to the domain, and troubleshooting various wireless issues, VPN, and software issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Active Directory management and Group Policy, updating software and firmware with the latest security patches, and experience with AirWatch/Azure iPhone support.
They will also be responsible for activating CISCO VOIP through Call Manage and working with Regional/Local IS teams and 3rd party vendors to support IS projects, incidents, and requests.
Project management skills, including configuring and deploying TOAD software, iPhones, and Radios, will also be essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
