Key Responsibilities:

The Event Logistics Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our theatrical productions and events at Knott's Berry Farm. This includes supervising cast and crew members during load-in, rehearsal, and run of theatre productions and special events.

You will also be responsible for maintaining operational safety, efficiency, show quality, and associate compliance. In addition, you will provide directions, support, and proper training to carry out work required to execute all entertainment shows, events, and facility maintenance.

You will assure technical performance standards, SOPs, and proper policy and procedures are being exhibited and enforced. You will interact with company management to ensure show content is performed at expected performance levels.

The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of professional experience in stage management, with a strong background in working with directors, actors, and technical crews. You will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and think on your feet.
