Clinical Data Reviewer

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting medical record reviews, analyzing trends, and developing quality improvement strategies to enhance patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical record reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Support data collection and entry processes to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical staff to develop quality improvement strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve quality outcomes.
- Active LPN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of HEDIS experience or equivalent knowledge.
- Strong understanding of managed care requirements and clinical quality standards.
- Experience with medical record review and abstraction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
The estimated salary range for this position is $28/hour.
