Position Summary:
The Roca & Martillo Restaurant, crafted by Chef Jason Dady in collaboration with a prominent sports franchise, is set to become a hallmark dining establishment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment, ensuring a seamless operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, utilizing both dishwashers and manual methods.
- Ensure that all kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils are kept in a tidy and orderly state.
- Clean kitchen appliances, including coffee makers and mixers.
- Properly store all equipment in designated locations.
- Sweep, scrub, and mop kitchen floors to uphold hygiene standards.
- Create and sustain a safe and clean working atmosphere.
- Transport food and equipment throughout the kitchen as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be of legal working age.
- Adequate mobility to perform tasks that involve reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for prolonged periods.
- Capability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen and follow directions effectively.
