The ideal candidate will have an associate degree and current Registered Central Supply Technician Certification, as well as relevant experience and supervisory experience. Key responsibilities include leading sterile processing goals, scheduling and assigning tasks to team members, supervising functions in decontamination and sterile work areas, inspecting case cart requisitions for accuracy, and maintaining inventory and stock. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that sterilization activities are properly documented and that proper techniques are used in instrumentation processing, preparation, and packaging areas.

Responsibilities:

* Lead sterile processing goals by leading and training team members
* Schedule and assign tasks to team members, supervise functions in decontamination and sterile work areas
* Inspect case cart requisitions for accuracy and coordinate transport of cart to necessary facilities
* Maintain inventory and stock
* Ensure sterilization activities are properly documented
* Monitor the use of proper techniques through instrumentation processing, preparation, and packaging areas

Requirements:

* Associate degree
* Current Registered Central Supply Technician Certification
* Relevant experience and supervisory experience
