Banquet Server Opportunity at JC Resorts

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Banquet Server to join our team at JC Resorts. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to banquet function guests, including serving cocktails, handling cash transactions, and serving all food and beverages during functions.
  • Set up and replenish all buffets and food stations, as well as service all coffee break areas.
  • Be familiar with the menu for each banquet function, prior to service.
  • Assist with banquet and restaurant room setup and breakdown, including setting and decorating tables, folding napkins, and breaking down and storing tables and chairs.
Requirements:
  • English fluency and high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in food service with knowledge of banquet procedures preferred.
  • Familiarity with different styles of service, including buffet and gourmet meals, various dishes, and wines, as well as proper lifting techniques.
  • Efficient, quick learner with high-quality standards for production and service.
  • Team player, courteous, and professional who is diplomatic and calm.
