Job Overview

We are currently in search of **Industrial Engineering Technicians** to collaborate with our **Industrial Engineering team** in advancing **Continuous Improvement** initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute as a team member to positively impact safety, quality, cost, and scheduling within cross-functional spacecraft teams.
  • Engage in identifying risks and implementing solutions for diverse production and process requirements.
  • Perform hands-on tasks, which may include tool management, establishing **5S systems**, supporting **Kaizen projects**, and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Assist in the setup and procurement of equipment, tools, and aids for spacecraft production areas.
  • Support other **Industrial Engineers** with routine tasks and assignments.
  • Interpret and instruct personnel on basic production **KPIs** and charts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in product assembly.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to read and understand KPIs, data, and charts, along with basic data entry skills.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license.
  • Capability to read, comprehend, and adhere to established written instructions without deviation.
  • Proficient in mathematical and measurement functions.
  • Adept at collecting data and presenting it in a clear and understandable manner.
