Job Title: Northrop Engineering Technician 2

At First Tek, we are seeking a highly skilled Northrop Engineering Technician 2 to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for executing test procedures, performing post-test data processing, and reporting to engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to engineers on various technical tasks.
  • Execute comprehensive component and system-level test plans, procedures, and test events.
  • Participate in test planning and test readiness reviews.
  • Analyze measurement requirements and equipment measurement tolerances.
  • Define and maintain documented best practices for test processes and equipment.
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving test equipment and infrastructure.
  • Gather, maintain, format, compile, and manipulate technical data, such as component and systems-level test results and engineering design changes.
  • Conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering evaluation or analysis.
  • Maintain engineering documentation and reports (procedures and test reports).
  • Support internal and external customers' needs.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and solve test problems and aid manufacturing, inspection, and engineering issues.
  • Analyze data and provide reports in a variety of customer formats.
Qualifications and Education:
  • Knowledge with Laser Tracking Software such as Spatial Analyzer.
  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage.
