About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Line Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining equipment, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with line leaders to deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets
  • Own technology and process expertise for equipment and process settings
  • Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans
  • Build technical and maintenance skills of technicians to operate and maintain equipment
  • Partner with asset and reliability teams for system improvement and special maintenance tasks
  • Represent the department/line as site technology owner in regional and global technology forums

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree within the food industry
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance management in food manufacturing or related industries
  • Maintenance experience is required
  • TPM experience is required
  • Preventive Maintenance knowledge required
  • Experience in union-labor is preferred
  • Proven leadership experience required

What We Offer

  • Monday - Friday, 1st shift (7:00 am - 4:00 pm) + weekend overtime as needed
  • This position is on-site in our Chicago Plant: 7300 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago IL 60629
