Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage and support our diverse portfolio of individual clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in personal lines insurance, experience with EPIC software, and exceptional client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a book of personal lines accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Work closely with underwriters and insurers to secure coverage and negotiate terms.
  • Review and analyze policy renewals, endorsements, and changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processes, and coverage adjustments.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts, process transactions, and generate reports.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals, reports, and documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a proven track record of managing accounts and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Valid P&C-IL Insurance License required.
  • Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
  • Experience with EPIC software required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
