Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute advanced specialist functions for Enrollment Services associated with the College of Osteopathic Medicine (COM), which includes maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and interpreting policies.
  • Assist in the development of academic schedules, facilitate student registration processes, and support end-of-term evaluations and audits for the COM.
  • Make informed decisions within the framework of established policies and procedures.
  • Plan, develop, implement, coordinate, and oversee various programs or services.
  • Respond to inquiries for information effectively.
  • Collect, reconcile, and manage complex datasets.
  • Draft letters, correspondence, and comprehensive reports.
  • Contribute to the formulation of policies and procedures and provide interpretations as necessary.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
