Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer III to join our team at Scientific Research Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting requirements development, system design, and integration of complex hardware and software designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a team of engineers to develop, document, and recommend solutions or improvements for technical engineering problems.
  • Support the integration of hardware and software into a ground based radar system.
  • Develop and document requirement documentation, preliminary and critical design, integration and testing of complex hardware and software designs.
  • Periodic travel to test locations will be required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and five (5) years' of work related experience or a Master's degree in Engineering and three (3) years' of work related experience or a Ph.D. in a relevant, technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with FPGA implementations utilizing VHDL is required.
  • Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) experience and experience using XILINX as a development platform is highly desirable.
  • RF engineering experience is also highly desirable.
