Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Froedtert South. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering nursing care to patients in a physician office or clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide ongoing patient care in an outpatient setting
  • Assess patient needs via phone and triage to appropriate level of care for intervention
  • Facilitate, assess, and provide patient, family, and/or significant others teaching needs
  • Administer immunizations and medications according to established procedures
  • Facilitate completion of diagnostic testing as ordered by physician
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Current BLS and/or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Licensure to be eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin and/or Illinois
