Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Management Director to lead our Project Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in partnering with our business leaders to drive process improvement efforts and growth strategies that align with our overall organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Oversee and manage all aspects of project management, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Communication: Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial finish carpentry projects.
  • Innovative and driven to lead continuous improvement efforts.
  • Proven leadership ability resulting in high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience using Bluebeam and reading architectural drawings.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as construction management, business management, or engineering.
  • Financial background with experience creating financial reports and maintaining project budgets.
