Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off

Working Hours:
5am - 5pm OR 6am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and servicing.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, repairing or replacing defective components as necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with fellow maintenance team members and engage in training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:


A high school diploma with an associate's degree in maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or possess a journeyman's license in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline, or an equivalent combination of work experience and formal training is preferred.

At least one maintenance training certificate or 24 hours of completed training is required. Preferred certificates include Maintenance Techniques, Fluid Power, Intermediate Electrical, Process Controls, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, and PLC Troubleshooting.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant maintenance experience, ideally in Renewable Energy Production, Industrial Manufacturing, Wastewater Treatment, or a comparable field.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are essential.
Proficiency in utilizing various computer programs and systems is required.
Ability to accurately read, write, and document data and reports is necessary.
Timely responsiveness and follow-through are crucial.
Strong commitment to safety practices is expected.
A valid driver's license and acceptable insurance are mandatory.

Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required to interpret procedures, comprehend instructions, and communicate effectively with others.
