Job Summary

The Multimodality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery and quality of imaging services in the Radiology Services department. This includes ensuring timely and accurate exams, patient preparation, and compliance with established standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate imaging services, including CT, MRI, and radiology exams.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels, supplies, and resources to meet clinical demands.
  • Train and evaluate staff, including new hires and existing employees.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and goals to improve department performance.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to conduct multidisciplinary meetings and ensure consistent communication.
  • Monitor and analyze patient satisfaction scores and develop action plans to improve service.
  • Participate in shared governance and department committees to drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in radiology or a related field.
  • Current certification in two imaging modalities (e.g., ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, ARRT-M, etc.).
  • Ability to perform high-quality imaging procedures and explain them to patients.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
