Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients in real estate transactions, bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosure cases, tax issues, family law matters, and domestic disputes.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best interest of clients.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a coordinated approach to meeting clients' needs.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 2+ years of experience as an attorney, preferably in real estate, bankruptcy, foreclosure, tax, family, and/or domestic law.
  • Active license to practice law in the state.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record of resolving complex legal issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
