Adecco US, Inc. is currently looking for a dedicated Mechanical Assembly Technician to become a vital part of our client's workforce. This role offers the potential for permanent employment following the completion of the contract period.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:45 PM (with occasional overtime on Fridays).
Compensation:
Starting at $23.00 per hour, based on experience.
Position Overview:
The Mechanical Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling hardware stacks and mechanical components, ensuring a high-quality output while adhering to provided manuals and schematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret assembly specifications and accurately assemble hardware stacks and mechanical components with precision.
- Utilize basic hand and power tools, including drills, saws, nut drivers, screwdrivers, and torque wrenches.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work and maintain cleanliness in the workspace.
- Read and comprehend manufacturer manuals and work instructions effectively.
- Construct, lift, and transport sub-assemblies and electrical/mechanical components.
- Operate tools and equipment following established safety protocols.
- Demonstrate quality workmanship that meets engineering and customer standards.
- Comply with the CLIENT Quality Management System and ISO9001 regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in electrical or mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Familiarity with electrical tools and equipment (e.g., conduit bender, pipe threader).
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts and weekends as necessary.

Compensation Details:
