Diesel Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Diesel Technician/Mechanic II to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe for our customers.

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are completed.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates.
• Build your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
