Alta Forest Products LLC is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in Amanda Park, WA. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical manuals
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform tasks
- Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and customers
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a related field, such as maintenance, repair, or construction
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
The Millwright will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The employee must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, and work at heights and in confined spaces.
