We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remediation Specialist to join our team at All Dry Services of East and South San Diego. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading remediation efforts to resolve water and mold problems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead remediation teams to resolve water and mold issues
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Travel to job sites and interact with customers to explain job scope and provide updates
- Perform basic calculations and write, monitor, and complete jobs using software
- Setup and breakdown job sites, plan out and clean up water and mold, applying remediation techniques and using tools and instruments
- Assist with planning, coordinating, training, job quoting, and other tasks as required by senior staff/management
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record and background check
- Experience with computer technology, including computers, smartphones, and tablets
- Excellent attitude and strong communication skills
- Restoration, marketing, sales, and customer service experience
- Experience with power tools, instrumentation, and devices
- Safety training, certifications, and/or other licensing (e.g., IICRC certifications)
- Excellent organizational, time-management, oral, and written communication skills
$24-$30/hour, depending on experience, plus commissions and benefits
