Job Overview:

This role is designed for a seasoned professional in the field of Information Technology, who operates autonomously with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage employee domain, application, and system accounts, ensuring compliance with Information Security protocols and audit standards.
  • Engage directly with employees and contractors across various regions, collaborating with other IT teams to enhance processes and contribute to project initiatives.
  • Address and resolve assigned issues promptly.
  • Provide access and account support for internal applications, systems, network shares, UNIX servers, and email access.
  • Respond to employee inquiries with appropriate urgency, following up on questions, problems, or suggestions.
  • Participate in Service Improvement Programs (SIPs) as necessary.
  • Assist senior colleagues in identifying and rectifying technical issues.
  • Manage multiple projects or moderately complex problems concurrently.
  • Ensure monitoring requirements are effectively implemented and adhered to.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports for Service Delivery as needed.
  • Provide relevant support documentation and tools for colleagues at all levels.
  • Answer queries regarding the use of current and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to facilitate issue resolution.
  • Adhere to established Change Management processes.
  • Support the implementation of services in alignment with Service Catalogs.
  • Stay informed about relevant technology advancements.
  • Maintain knowledge of service catalog products.
  • Assist in proposing technologies that align with business requirements.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of employee needs and business applications.
  • Comply with all security policies and best practices in every request to meet audit requirements.
  • Ensure that any out-of-budget expenditures receive prior approval from senior colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology, specifically in Access Management.
  • Proficient in Active Directory and NTFS.
  • Experience with remote access platforms, infrastructure, and mobile support.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
