Work Schedule: 7 AM - 7 PM

Work Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, and Monday

Weekend Incentive: Additional $8.50/hour

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Surgical Services Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team. Your contributions will directly impact patient care and outcomes. We seek committed professionals to join our Surgical Services team and enhance our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your specialized nursing skills to cater to various patient demographics, including adults, adolescents, geriatrics, and pediatrics.
  • Prepare for surgical procedures by ensuring adequate supplies and equipment are available in designated areas.
  • Assist with post-procedure tasks, including cleaning and restocking the operating room.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members, ensuring adherence to competency standards.
  • May rotate to other areas as needed, performing only those duties for which you have demonstrated competency.
Qualifications Required:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or active multistate nursing licensure.
  • Current BLS Certification through AHA or ARC.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Prior experience in operating room nursing is required.
