Compensation
In Cambridge, MA, you can expect an annual salary of up to $137,200, depending on your licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities. This comprehensive compensation package ensures that our clinicians are well-supported in their careers.
About the Role
We are seeking licensed clinicians who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care and excellence in their work. As a Thriveworks team member, you will have the opportunity to thrive professionally and personally, working with a diverse range of clients and collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals. Your role will involve conducting sessions with clients, managing your caseload, and contributing to our thriving clinical community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client care and team support
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid LICSW license in Massachusetts and be willing to commit to a minimum of 25 sessions per week. You should possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others. Additionally, you must be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your time effectively.
