Job Description
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-based therapy to address a range of communication challenges.
  • Create personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless support.
  • Deliver therapy services in community settings, including homes and preschools.
  • Provide parent coaching and education to support therapy goals outside of sessions.
  • Offer classroom support and consultative services for teachers as needed.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure as an SLP in Florida.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for this role.
  • Prior experience in pediatric speech therapy is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • Able to guide and coach parents during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborative nature with experience or willingness to work in educational settings.
