Job Summary

The Registered Dental Assistant is a vital member of our dental team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists and dental hygienists in the provision of primary care dental services to patients.
  • Prepare, maintain, clean, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, ensuring a safe and infection-free environment.
  • Handle and dispose of infectious and hazardous waste according to clinic protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
  • Perform daily clinic start-up and close-down procedures, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Inventory supplies and order replacement materials, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to planning and problem-solving of clinic processes and workflow.
  • Comply with HIPAA rules and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Certificate of graduation from an accredited dental assisting school.
  • Maintain a current active registration in dental assisting in the state of Minnesota.
  • Previous work experience in a dental setting is desirable.
  • Clinical fluency in Spanish is preferred.
